From garages and carports to pavilions and garden offices, our versatile modular system brings your vision to life.

Introduction

Bolton Buildings Ltd was founded in 2002.

Our team has vast knowledge and experience in the design and construction of timber framed buildings. We specialise in garages, carports, car barns, pavilions, and garden offices. Although our versatile modular building system extends beyond these, to any structure you desire.

Our buildings are manufactured using a structural timber frame with mechanical fixings thus achieving a traditional look but using modern technology. The buildings are quick and easy to erect and are very cost effective. The system that we use allows us to create bespoke designs and the buildings are generally welcomed by planners and customers. They are suitable for most situations and pleasing to the eye.

What is our system?

With three major parts, the system is an easily understood assembly process.

Our system achieves a traditional look, with the peace of mind and reduced costs that only the modern technical methods can bring. Allowing you to enjoy the beauty of traditional construction in a natural material, but with little to no maintenance. Build times are significantly reduced with a perfect result every time. Incredible Strength

It is made up using lamellas of pine laminated together, thus providing the incredible strength.

All of our timber has been treated with Vascol Aqua double vacuum treatment, the most effective and environmentally sensitive treatment on the market with an anticipated service life of up to 60 years.

Sustainability

All timber is supplied in accordance with The programme for the endorsement of forest certification (PEFC) and The forest certification council.
